Very nicely done!
I've been unable to find many smaller affordable modern houses in the metroplex - all seems to be high end with expensive construction material and methods - are there no affordable alternatives? This house at a modest size seems to be something that could be built less expensively. A modern subdivision would be great :-)

I went by yesterday evening and to my disappointment, there was already graffiti and gang tags on the exterior block wall. Despite this, still a nice project.
