Being tucked into the northwest corner perimeter of Tom Hicks estate, I wonder if Tom will allow an easement in his property line so W can get his daily 3 miles in on Hicks 25 acres without having to leave Daria proper? The only question remaining is whether the street security gate will go up at the intersection of Daria Place and Daria Drive or at Daria Drive and Meaders Lane. I think your analysis is correct about Preston Hollow, although I’ve thought Bluffview would also fit their needs nicely.
